To help us with the investigation, please include the following information in the email:

• Your subscription id.

• The log files - you can get it from AltTester® Desktop, info icon on the bottom right corner.

• The platform on which your game is running( Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, etc)

• The Unity version you’re using.
